Privacy Policy — Torpedo Boom

Last updated: 23 August 2026 · Operator: Mor Scoop · Contact: Privacy@TorpedoBoom.com · This policy is maintained in English only.

In short (for players, kids included)

1. Who we are

Torpedo Boom (the "Game") is operated by Mor Scoop ("we"). This policy explains what the Game processes, why, and your rights.

2. What we collect

Not collected: real name, email, phone, date of birth, photos, contacts, precise location, free text, advertising identifiers.

3. Why we use it

To run the Game (including online matches against another player), save progress, show leaderboards, fix bugs, and prevent cheating or abuse. Data is never used for advertising, marketing profiles or sale.

4. Who we share with

Only infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf and under our instructions:

Everything else (fonts, libraries) is served from our own host. We do not sell, rent or share data with advertisers.

5. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages and is designed so that no personal information is collected from any player, including children under 13: no sign-up, no free communication between players, no advertising. A parent who wants to review or delete data can do so on the device (Settings → "Delete my data") or contact us.

6. Retention

Game and progress data are kept while the Game is in use. An anonymous account inactive for 12 months is deleted. Error reports are deleted within 90 days.

7. Your rights

8. Security

Data is stored on secured servers with row-level access control; the client never sees the opponent's ship positions. No system is perfect, but the amount of data we hold is deliberately minimal.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when needed (for example at app-store launch or if purchases are added). The date at the top marks the version.
